These terms govern use of the Reid's Dispatch Services website and general inquiries submitted through it. A separate written dispatch agreement will control any paid dispatch relationship.
Dispatch Services
Reid's Dispatch Services may assist with load sourcing, rate negotiation, broker communication, appointment information, and paperwork organization. Services and fees are established in a separate written agreement.
Carrier Responsibility
Carriers remain solely responsible for operating authority, insurance, safety, legal compliance, equipment, drivers, hours-of-service compliance, cargo securement, taxes, and all decisions involving the operation of their business.
No Forced Dispatch
Carriers retain the right to accept or reject loads. No load should be considered accepted until the carrier approves it and all required documentation is completed.
No Revenue Guarantee
Freight availability, rates, lanes, market conditions, weather, equipment, compliance history, and other factors vary. Reid's Dispatch Services does not guarantee any specific revenue, profit, mileage, rate, or number of loads.

Website information is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without notice. Submitting a form does not create a dispatch relationship or guarantee acceptance.
Intellectual Property
Reid's Dispatch Services, WTW, WE THE WEST, logos, graphics, and website materials may not be copied or used without permission, except where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reid's Dispatch Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or reliance on general website information.
